An interesting article in To Your Health magazine mentioned four grades of neck pain. Grade 1 and 2 and sometimes 3 is what most chiropractors work on. Grade 4 is related to serious conditions. In the article, in all possible neck complaints, 70 percent of chiropractic patients responded favorably. In specific complaints, such as headaches, shoulder or arm pain, reduced arm or neck movement, neck pain or upper or middle back pain. 95 percent reported immediate improvement. This was according to a March issue of JMPT.
