The Four R's of Chiropractic 

It is interesting that close to one hundred years ago, the son of the founder of chiropractic, BJ Palmer, promoted concepts that are very similar to the wellness movement of today.

For his clients, he suggested the concept of rehydrate, rest, rejuvenate, and realign which are also known as the four R's of chiropractic.

Rehydration is necessary because almost every process in the body involves water. Many Americans suffer energy loss and lack of healing due to lack of fluids.

Rest included sleep,quiet time and meditation. Rejuvenate involved the use of proper nutrition and invigorating forms of exercise.

Realign is necessary for proper information and life to program and revitalization the organs and cells.

So, if you would like vibrant health, follow the four R's of chiropractic,
rehydrate, rest, rejuvenate, and realign.
